By buying a plot in Sudbury you must be aware of the following:

 

• Land value is 13F/block in most areas, although prices will be rounded, and may vary.

• If you no longer want your plot, you may sell your plot back to the Sudbury government (either ~Marc (marc050301) or ~Jcava5 (Jcavaliere5))for 75% of the plots' land value (13F/block) or, you may sell the plot to another player.

• You may not change the region name of your plot, unless you are merging 2 plots that you own.

• If you are banned for 14+ days you will be automatically evicted from your plot.

• You must build on your plot within 2 weeks of purchasing it or you will receive an inactivity notice.

• Eyesores are judged by ~Marc (marc050301) and ~Jcava5 (Jcavaliere5). If you build something aesthetically displeasing, you will receive an eyesore notice.

• If you would like a custom sized plot, or a plot in a specific location, contact ~Marc or ~Jcava5 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Refer to our Eyesore & Inactivity Policy for more info on inactiviy and eyesore notices. If for any reason you will be going inactive from the server for an extended period of time and have an eyesore notice or an unfinished build, please let ~Marc (marc05001) or ~Jcava5 (Jcavaliere5) know, so you will still have your property when you return.
