Formerly a part of North Bay, this part of Sudbury was filled with eyesores, and was an ugly mess. Now, the slate has been wiped clean, and there are various plot sizes for you to build whatever you please. Here, you can also find the Sudbury Monument, rebuilt after an identical monument (built by ~stern) was torn down.
