Type /warp VC. Once at the spawn point, walk straight on the road ahead of you. Walk past the park, past a large quartz/ice building named 'MFQ', and on your left you will see a white and cyan building with "Sudbury" written vertically on it.
Once you have arrived at the Sudbury building, head inside of it and walk inside the nether portal. Don't worry, you'll spawn in a room protected from the lava and dangerous mobs.
Once in the portal, you'll see a long tunnel made out of white and cyan wool. This tunnel connects with many other cities' tunnels, so follow the signs overhead to get to Sudbury.
Once you've reached the end of the tunnel, you will see the Sudbury Portal Hub on your left.

Once you enter the Sudbury portal area entrance, you can choose from 6 areas of the city to visit, each unique its in own way. The portals will be labelled which part of the city it leads to, and its' main attraction.
